We want to make sure that our products are meeting your needs, in order to make that happen, we kindly ask you to check your order before you pay while the courier man is outside & decide wether you'll have it or you want to refund it.

For exchange your order you'll only have to pay for the delivery fees before he leaves and contact us for the item you want instead.
